Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing a program or using any services offered by Beyond Better Hypnosis. By accessing our website or purchasing a program, you agree to these terms.
About Beyond Better Hypnosis
Beyond Better Hypnosis is a virtual hypnosis practice operated by Rainie Mills, CH. We provide self-paced hypnosis programs and private hypnosis sessions for personal development and self-improvement. Our services are non-therapeutic in nature and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in any program or service offered by Beyond Better Hypnosis. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Not a Medical or Mental Health Service
Rainie Mills is a Certified Hypnotist and does not practice as a licensed healthcare provider. Nothing offered through Beyond Better Hypnosis — including programs, sessions, content, or communications — constitutes medical advice, psychological treatment, or mental health therapy.
If you have a diagnosed medical or mental health condition, please consult your licensed healthcare provider before participating in any program or service. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Program Access
Upon completing your purchase and confirming your email address, you will receive access to your program through your member dashboard. Access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase — 6 months for most programs, 4 months for the Calm Code Program.
Access is for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials, distribute program content, or allow others to access your account. Violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of access without refund.
VIP Private Intensive
The VIP Private Intensive is available by application only. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or access. Rainie Mills reserves the right to decline any application at her discretion. Payment for VIP sessions is processed only after an application has been approved.
Scheduled VIP sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited without refund at Rainie's discretion. Please communicate promptly if you need to reschedule.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate program access, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after access has been granted.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your program, please contact us at rainie@beyondbetterhypnosis.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of the transaction date and we will review your situation individually.
Intellectual Property
All program content — including audio sessions, written materials, and any other resources — is the intellectual property of Beyond Better Hypnosis and Rainie Mills. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any program content in any form without express written permission.
Results Disclaimer
Results from hypnosis programs vary by individual. Beyond Better Hypnosis makes no guarantees of specific outcomes. Testimonials shared on this website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results you will achieve.
Your results will depend on a number of factors including your consistency, openness, and individual circumstances. Hypnosis is a tool for personal development — it works best when you actively engage with the process.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Better Hypnosis and Rainie Mills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, programs, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program or service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
